
Alix Christopher Toulme Jr. (A.C. Toulme Jr.), born in Queens, New York, in 1987, is a U.S. Navy veteran, self-employed professional, and political candidate based in the Tampa Bay / Wesley Chapel area of Florida. He moved to Tampa at age five and attended Hillsborough County public schools, graduating from Braulio Alonso High School in 2005. Toulme enlisted in the U.S. Navy in September 2006, serving aboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) through roles that included participation in the ship’s Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH), Operation Unified Response, and Southern Seas 2010; he earned Surface Warfare and Air Warfare qualifications along with the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon before an honorable discharge. He later earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Theology and Religious Studies from St. John’s University in 2012 and an M.A. in Ethical Leadership from King’s College London in 2015, with additional studies at institutions including Old Dominion University, Columbia University’s SIPA, and the College of Psychic Studies. He has completed internships with the New York City Council, the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations, and Religions for Peace USA.
Toulme describes himself as a 39-year-old U.S. Navy veteran and graduate of St. John’s and King’s College affiliated with Armed Services of America (ASA), frequently using the hashtag #ChangeTopekaZIP. He has pursued multiple political campaigns, including runs for Hillsborough County School Board, U.S. House seats in Florida, a 2024 presidential bid under labels such as the Moderate Party or One Earth Party, and a Republican candidacy in Florida’s 2026 U.S. Senate special election. His advocacy often centers on symbolic and policy issues such as changing Topeka, Kansas’s ZIP code and broader calls for ethical and spiritual reforms in governance.
