Ana Jaramillo is a San Antonio Realtor, real estate investor, team leader, and former educator whose approach to real estate is rooted in education, honesty, and firsthand experience. After immigrating from Mexico at the age of six, Ana became the first college graduate on both sides of her family. She began her career as a teacher, and while teaching full time, returned to school and earned her master’s degree just two years after completing her bachelor’s. After becoming a mother, Ana stepped away from teaching to focus on raising her children and eventually found her way into real estate, where what began as a new career quickly grew into a passion. Today, she leads The Jaramillo Team, has helped more than 150 families buy and sell real estate, and has been recognized among NAHREP’s Top 250 Latino Real Estate Professionals, ranking in the Top 10 in San Antonio.
Alongside her husband, Ana has built a portfolio of approximately 20 rental properties, completed multiple flips, and is now expanding into new construction. As a mother of four boys, she defines success not simply by how much she has built, but by having the freedom to be present for her family while helping others create opportunities and build wealth through real estate. Ana doesn’t consider herself a salesperson. At heart, she is still an educator. Her classroom simply changed.
