Brooke Hall is the CEO and founder of Fully Known Recovery Ministries. Founded in 2023, Fully Known Recovery Ministries was established as a counseling resource and referral nonprofit dedicated to supporting the substance use recovery and mental health wellness of women. Located in the beautiful mountains of Caldwell County, North Carolina, the ministry is built on the belief that every woman deserves to be fully known, fully loved, and given the opportunity to experience lasting freedom and healing. As a woman in long-term recovery herself, Brooke brings not only a passion for this mission but also a deep understanding of the challenges women face when navigating addiction, mental health struggles, and the journey toward rebuilding their lives.
Her personal journey includes overcoming substance use, spending time incarcerated as a result of her addiction, and attending multiple treatment facilities before finding her own path to recovery. Today, she has been in recovery for 10 years and uses her lived experience to help others find hope, support, and resources for lasting change. Through her journey, she has witnessed a significant gap in the recovery process between detoxification and long-term recovery support. She has seen too many people lose their lives while waiting for an available treatment bed, and she believes no one should have to navigate that vulnerable period alone. Her vision for Fully Known Recovery Ministries is to serve as a bridge between detox and long-term recovery, connecting women with essential resources, referrals, counseling support, and opportunities for healing. Her heart is to meet women where they are, remind them that their past does not define their future, and help them find a path from chains to change.
