Dakota Roberts is an entrepreneur and business leader from Morton, Texas, who built his career on relentless work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to bet on himself. Through Dreco Consulting, he helped grow a generator rental, temporary power, and HVAC company from 3 employees to 40 in just 12 months, expanding from the Fort Worth market to a national footprint. Across every venture, Dakota remains focused on growth, leadership, and building businesses designed to make a lasting impact.
Paul Blazek is an accomplished healthcare executive, entrepreneur, investor, and United States Air Force veteran with more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare, business development, and management. He serves as CEO of BioTex USA and is the Co-Founder of NXTLVL Pouch Inc., while also working as a healthcare investor and board member. His career includes leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer of 220 Lab Group and President of Encompass Medical Partners, giving him extensive experience building, operating, and scaling organizations. Before entering the business and healthcare sectors, Paul served in the United States Air Force and studied Business Administration and Management through the Community College of the Air Force before continuing his education at Stephen F. Austin State University.
Paul's extensive background in the medical and healthcare industries brings an important scientific perspective to NXTLVL Pouch, helping connect product innovation with the science behind performance, hydration, recovery, focus, and overall wellness.
