Dani Stapleton is a mother of four, entrepreneur, and licensed general contractor breaking barriers as a woman in one of the most male-dominated industries. As the founder and owner of Idaho Contracting Experts, Dani stepped into construction without a traditional background and, within just a few months, successfully secured multiple six-figure residential and commercial construction projects. Alongside her partner, Troy Sabrosky, she has turned determination, entrepreneurial experience, and a willingness to learn into a rapidly growing business. Passionate about challenging stereotypes and empowering other women, Dani believes leadership isn’t defined by gender, experience, or fitting the traditional mold.
