Dan Mastropolo didn't take the traditional path to success — he dropped out of high school his senior year and built his career from the ground up, working his way from fast food and door-to-door sales into the staffing and workforce industry. After being pushed out of a corporate role just two weeks after his first daughter was born, Dan went all in on entrepreneurship — launching, scaling, and exiting multiple companies, weathering near-bankruptcies and a funding pull-out along the way. Today he's a Regional Vice President at VensureHR Staffing Alliance and a fractional CTO to staffing firms representing billions in industry revenue, running a lean operation that outperforms competitors many times its size.

But Dan's definition of success has always gone beyond the balance sheet. As Executive Director of the Board at Eliza Park Homeless Initiative in Raleigh, NC, he built a structured homeless encampment that has moved over 100 people off the street and into housing — earning national recognition, including coverage from major publications. From walking 23.5 miles barefoot to fund shoes for kids in need, to championing housing solutions through the Eliza House project, Dan's mission is simple: prove that the world of work, done right, can be a force for human dignity — and that no one gets left behind.
