Ed Leota Certified Best Eats of the Northwest, Taste of Samoa is a family-owned Samoan food truck and catering business based in Tacoma, Washington, bringing the authentic flavors and spirit of Samoa to the Pacific Northwest. What started from selling food out of a home garage grew into a beloved food business serving thousands of people at festivals, state fairs, concerts, sporting events, community celebrations, and private gatherings.
