Fontine Da Luz is a 22-year-old real estate investor, tech founder, and generational wealth educator from just south of San Francisco. Her path was not typical: she was in and out of juvenile hall seven times, struggled with addiction, and started working at age 14 at Hot Cookies and Porterhouse. By 16 she was managing a sales team and leading people twice her age, discovering that the traditional school system could not teach her what real-world work could.
Today Fontine builds real estate assets, vibe-coded her own service platform, and pitched it to venture capitalists. She is the founder of Infinite Exchange and works with the nonprofit Verity to bring financial literacy and mentorship into high schools.
