Jasyra Santiago-Hines is a proud Latina (Puerto Rican), Registered Nurse turned influencer, entrepreneur, podcast host, and advocate for holistic health and toxin-free living. Born and raised in North Philadelphia, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Neumann University in 2010 and later pursued graduate studies in anesthesia at La Salle University. During her nursing career, Jasyra worked across multiple specialties including Med-Surg, MRICU (Medical Respiratory Care Unit), and NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), gaining extensive hands-on experience in patient care. Her passion for health and wellness began to evolve in 2014 through social media, where she started educating and inspiring others to make more informed lifestyle choices. In 2016, at just 27 years old, she paid off $72,000 in student loan debt and transitioned from nursing to entrepreneurship full-time.
In 2020, her journey took a profound and life-altering turn when her daughter was born prematurely. During that time, Jasyra experienced pharmaceutical-related complications that deeply impacted her physical and mental health, leading to one of the most challenging seasons of her life, including a personal mental health crisis. That experience became a turning point leading her to explore natural remedies, supplements, and toxin-free living, which ultimately transformed her health, mindset, and purpose. Today, as the founder and CEO of Jasyra Santiago-Hines Inc. and host of the She Hustles podcast, she empowers women and families to make informed, healthier decisions.
