Jennifer Cosgrove never dreamed of becoming a real estate agent. She simply wanted to become a smarter homeowner. At 22, she bought her first home knowing very little about real estate. After marrying and purchasing a larger home in 1989, just as the California market began a dramatic decline, she and her husband became accidental landlords and eventually sold for less than they had paid, even borrowing money to bring funds to closing. That experience taught Jennifer a life changing lesson: knowledge is one of the most valuable investments you'll ever make. Determined to educate herself, she enrolled in a Principles of Real Estate course at De Anza College in 1993, taught by Gino Blefari. She wasn't there to become an agent. She was there to make smarter financial decisions. She wasn't looking for a new career. She was looking for answers. Jennifer earned her real estate license in 2002 and joined Intero Real Estate the following year.

More than two decades later, Jennifer has helped hundreds of families and represented more than $300 million in real estate throughout Silicon Valley and Santa Cruz County, with more than 95% of her business coming from referrals and repeat clients. She has guided clients through luxury and coastal sales, divorce, probate, inherited homes, 1031 exchanges, subdivisions, lot splits and complex land use situations, often collaborating with trusted financial, legal and other professionals. Her approach is rooted in education, optimism and problem solving, helping clients see possibilities they may not have realized existed and giving them the confidence and strategy to move forward. The best investment Jennifer ever made wasn't in real estate. It was in real estate education.
