Jenny Jarvis is the creator of the LINK Relational Architecture system, co-founder of the Relational Engineering Institute, and co-founder of Kensho Kai Wellness & Counseling and Enso Empowerment Services in Salt Lake City. Her attachment-based approach helps couples rebuild connection by working on the architecture of the relationship, not the details of a fight. She is known especially for her work with neurodiverse couples, many of whom arrive after mainstream approaches left them feeling unseen or asked to mask who they are. Understanding that neurodiverse relationships have unique needs and high divorce rates, she set out to change the narrative and empower clients to build relationships that thrive. With Jenny’s background in martial arts and coaching, she brings unique skills that address the nervous system, cognitive processing, attachment trauma, cultural influences, and identity within a relationship, and she assists couples in empowering them to create the relationships they want.

Through LINK, Learn, Implement, Nurture, Know, Jenny guides couples through a structured, practical system that turns insight into daily change, with clear tools for communication, needs, boundaries, and authentic, lasting connection.
