Joe Gooch has spent his entire adult life defending the American way of life. At 19, he was on his first combat tour and spent the next five years working with some of the most elite military and U.S. government organizations in the world. After six years of enlisted service in the USAF, he used his GI Bill benefits to earn a Bachelor’s and eventually a Master’s degree.
Feeling a higher calling to become a servant leader, Joe commissioned through Army Officer Candidate School in 2012. He completed Army Ranger training and went on to command an Infantry Rifle Company. In 2018, he transitioned to the Army Acquisition Corps, ultimately retiring as a Major from the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office at Fort Belvoir, VA. Joe then formed multiple successful businesses, dedicated to teaching his “everyone eats” conflict resolution technique. His next calling is happening now—this is what he was meant to do.
