Dr. Gaetan Pettigrew is a board-certified OB/GYN surgeon with experience in advanced pelvic reconstructive surgery, gender-affirming care, and complex surgical medicine, including prior clinical leadership with the UCSF Gender Affirming Health Program. As Founder, CEO, and Medical Director of FRAME Aesthetics, he brings a surgical eye for precision together with an approach to aesthetics and wellness centered on subtle, intentional, individualized care.
Dr. Margaret Larkins-Pettigrew serves as Co-Medical Director and physician-owner of FRAME Aesthetics and brings decades of experience in clinical medicine, healthcare leadership, education, advocacy, and health equity. A physician, military veteran, author, and strategist, her career has focused on advancing care for women and underserved communities while developing more equitable systems of health. Together, Drs.
