Michelle Amelia Ferrer, Esq., M.B.A. is a business, trusts, and estates attorney and the Founding Partner of Ferrer Goldfine Law Group. She advises individuals, families, business owners, and executives on estate planning, wealth preservation, business matters, and succession planning. Michelle's estate planning practice includes wills, trusts, gift and estate tax planning, special needs planning, and guardianships. She works with clients to develop personalized strategies to protect assets, plan for incapacity, and preserve and transfer wealth while minimizing transfer taxes. Michelle emphasizes to her clients that estate planning is one of the most loving things they can do for their families, and she finds great satisfaction in assisting clients in navigating the estate planning process.

Drawing on her law and business degrees and firsthand experience managing several family-owned businesses, Michelle brings a practical, business-minded approach to her legal work and overall business management. Michelle earned her B.A. from Fordham University, and her J.D. and M.B.A. from American University. She speaks Spanish fluently. Michelle is married with five children, and she enjoys piloting airplanes in her free time.
