Nengah Mustika is an Indonesian-born American entrepreneur who bridges technology and hospitality to turn complex problems into practical, data-driven solutions. As founder and president of Agile Tech Consulting, he created AgendaPlus™, AgendaCloud™, and EventBites—technology platforms that help schools, cities, public organizations, and event professionals operate more efficiently and make better decisions. He is also developing Data Driven Dine, a SaaS platform designed to help restaurant owners and operators understand the pulse of their business by transforming menu costs, sales, labor, and sales forecasts into clear actions that reduce costs and improve profitability.
A University of North Florida alumnus, Nengah has also built, acquired, expanded, operated, and sold businesses across the restaurant and hospitality industries. His journey as an immigrant, engineer, and entrepreneur shapes his practical approach to building sustainable businesses through resilience, strong relationships, and continuous learning. Outside of business, he practices meditation and mindfulness, enjoys playing the piano, and stays active through sports.
