Rebecca is passionate about both physical and mental health. She helps people overcome childhood trauma and substance abuse, and she is a facilitator with the American Lung Association to help people quit smoking and vaping. She graduated with a degree in Vascular Ultrasound and took a course through Harvard Medical School that helps people design a sustainable nutrition plan. She helps businesses save money on health premiums, absenteeism, and employee health programs through preventative health screenings.
