Shawn Zimmerman
Shawn Zimmerman grew up in Orange, Texas, immersed in a family legacy of military service that included a grandfather in the UDT, a father who served as a Green Beret, and an uncle who continues to serve today. As an Army brat, he moved frequently, learning adaptability and resilience early. His teenage years brought instability after his parents separated, and by high school he was already paying for his own car, insurance, and phone while attending school part-time. After enlisting with plans for a lifelong military career, he completed Airborne School before a broken back during a jump ended that path and forced a painful transition to civilian life.
Today, Shawn is the founder of All-American Inspection, All-American Coffee, and the Legacy Foundation, ventures united by a mission to create real opportunities for veterans through training, certifications, and employment. He scaled All-American Inspection from 12 employees in its first year to more than 100 by year three, and he is clear that his coffee company and foundation are not about profiting off patriotism but about solving broken veteran support systems. Shawn is also planning to donate land for a future veteran training facility, turning his own comeback into a lasting legacy of service.
