She is the founder and CEO of HBM Talent & Management, where she leads a talent management and consulting agency focused on representing professional actors, models, and entrepreneurs. In addition, Sophia is the co-founder and president of the International Cannabis Consulting Business Women's Association (ICBWA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and connecting women in the cannabis industry.
