Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, ABAAHP, is a nationally recognized leader in aesthetic medicine and the owner of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine and Delle Chiaie Concierge Medicine. She is also the founder and principal instructor of DCCM™ Academy, an accredited training institution created to educate and elevate the next generation of licensed healthcare medical professionals practicing in this specialty. Her career in medicine spans twenty-six years, beginning in 1999 and including more than fifteen years in emergency care, where patient safety is the entire premise of the work.
She opened her aesthetic practice in 2012 and built it while still working emergency shifts, and the last fifteen years have been devoted to aesthetic medicine as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and ANCC board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, with doctoral research focused on managing and mitigating adverse events in aesthetic medicine, and she has since earned more than two hundred advanced certifications while continuing to pursue training internationally. A nationally recognized trainer for Allergan, she was selected as one of only fourteen practitioners in the United States for the mentorship program led by Dr. Mauricio de Maio.
Growing up immersed in the beauty industry, she developed an early appreciation for the connection between appearance and self-worth, and that upbringing, joined to her medical training, shaped a practice rooted in safety, precision, and purpose. For her, this work is far more than vanity. Aesthetic medicine is about reconnecting a person's soul with their reflection, igniting confidence and empowerment in the process. Her intimate command of facial anatomy allows her to tailor treatments that enhance natural features while actively mitigating risk, and as an editor for the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology she ensures that her methods and her teaching reflect current evidence-based practice.
She authored Essentials of Neuromodulation, published by Elsevier, and her proprietary combination of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory agents, and laser technologies has made her a sought-after speaker internationally. Patient trust, clinical precision, and the education of the clinicians who come next remain the driving force behind everything she builds.
