Tatum DeBerry is the Owner and Founder of Mindful Billing Solutions, LLC, a Texas-based, woman-owned medical billing company serving healthcare providers across the United States. Tatum is a Certified Professional Biller and Behavioral Health Coding Certified professional through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). After her beloved Gran, Linda, suddenly passed away in September 2024, Tatum was reminded that life is too short not to pursue your dreams. Inspired to turn that realization into action, she founded Mindful Billing Solutions on October 7, 2024, with a mission to provide transparent, ethical, and dependable medical billing and revenue cycle management services. Specializing in behavioral health and multiple other medical specialties, Tatum has built her business on honesty, communication, loyalty, and dedication. Her approach goes beyond billing. She believes in building genuine partnerships, holding herself and her team to high standards, and helping providers focus on what matters most: caring for their patients.
