Venesha Raye Grinner is a wife, mother of three, stepmother, and currently expecting twin boys. She lives in Copperas Cove, Texas, where family life is busy, loud, and full of love. Her children are involved in several extracurricular activities, and she spends much of her time at practices, games, and traveling from city to city. She describes herself as enthusiastic, ambitious, driven, and passionate—blunt and straightforward, with high expectations for herself and those around her. Over the years, she has learned that not everyone operates at the same pace or with the same intensity that she does.
Her journey began early: she graduated high school with a 3.8 GPA, earned her Certified Nursing Assistant certification at 18, and later obtained a Medication Technician License and an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. She worked in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and correctional facilities before advancing into healthcare management by age 24. After her third child, reliable childcare became difficult, so she moved into the school district and discovered a gap in kindergarten readiness. At 28, she took a leap of faith and opened Teeny Tiny Academy, a childcare and preschool center built to give children a strong foundation during their most important developmental years.
