Zenah Khair is a Palestinian-American entrepreneur, marketer, and the co-founder of Nexity Agency, a social media and content production agency that serves as the marketing arm for small businesses across the United States. The daughter of a Palestinian father from Yafa and a Jordanian mother whose forbidden love brought them to America with $2,000 and a floor to sleep on, Zenah was raised on the resistance and survival that run through generations of Palestinians. That instinct carried her when her parents battled cancer and her back was against the wall. She built her first agency in survival mode and took it to six figures in just four months. Today, Nexity has served more than 80 small businesses and generated over 92 million impressions, delivering high-quality, human-first content at a price small businesses can actually afford.

An educator who has taught at the university level, Zenah holds a bachelor's degree and MBA in marketing from Florida Atlantic University and sharpened her sales instincts in luxury retail, where she mastered the art of listening before selling. She is also the co-founder of Koza, the one workspace for all your marketing, built for anyone who runs marketing, from agencies to creators. Through her work and her story, Zenah is on a mission to show daughters of immigrants that their background is their advantage, and that the more of them who make a name for themselves, the bigger the legacy they leave for the next generation.
